Snapshot:

Activision’s Lakeline campus is a large Quality Assurance hub with 200+ team members on site. The team runs a high-volume operation with weekday in-office work and overtime shifts on weekends.

The Challenge

Activision’s Lakeline campus needed a meal program that could support a large on-site workforce with reliable daily lunch and dinner options that saved employees time and made their break hour more manageable. The team also needed a solution that could scale across multiple office locations. Weekend overtime created added complexity, as project leads were manually managing group orders and reimbursements. They needed a unified approach that simplified operations while giving employees a valuable, everyday benefit.

The Solution

Lakeline built a program anchored in two Sharebite offerings that work together to meet the needs of both weekday and weekend teams.

Stations group ordering for weekdays

Employees order individually from a curated rotation of local restaurants. Deliveries arrive individually bagged and labeled in a shared window, which makes it easy and convenient for the team to gather and eat together in break rooms, and outdoor picnic areas.

Sharebite Catering for weekend overtime

For overtime weekend workers, Activision moved away from ad-hoc orders and manual expensing and implemented Sharebite Catering. Project leads no longer have to collect orders, front costs, or navigate reimbursement cycles.

The benefits of Stations plus Catering

A unified program with one trusted partner

With Stations and Catering managed through one partner, Activision gets a cohesive program that is simple to run and easy to scale. Sharebite provides dedicated support, consolidated billing, and centralized reporting, removing the friction of juggling multiple vendors and keeping both weekday and weekend meals running smoothly at scale.

Lunch that fits the workday

With many employees choosing to eat at their desks or using their break to go to the gym, driving off campus for food is impractical. Sharebite eliminates that stress and gives employees time back in their days.

Variety that keeps the team excited

Activision's rotation includes healthy options, Asian and Indian cuisines, and well-known local favorites. Employees can request new restaurants through a feedback link, and their account manager works to bring those preferences into the rotation. The result is a lineup of options their employees love.

The impact

A more connected campus culture

At a 200+ person site, lunch has become a moment of shared connection. Employees gather at indoor tables and outside picnic spots to enjoy lunch together.

“People look forward to lunch each day. Our employees love the program so much that they created a Slack channel just to talk about the food and trade mini reviews. It has become such a fun part of our culture.” — Judy Yoon, Office Administrator, Activision Lakeline

A benefit employees truly value

The daily allowance provides meaningful cost savings for employees. The perk gives people flexibility to eat well without leaving the office and frees up time to rest, recharge, or fit in a gym session.

Meals that create community impact

Activision actively tracks their Sharebite social impact metrics and celebrates milestones.  Employees feel proud knowing each meal ordered on Sharebite supports individuals facing food insecurity.

“I love everything about Sharebite. The food, the variety, the local spots we discover, the support from the team, and the social impact. It is a benefit our people really value.” — Judy Yoon, Office Administrator, Activision Lakeline
